Utopia Graphix LLC has leased 12,000 sf of warehouse space at 814 Blue Mound Rd., Fort Worth, from Steele Folsom Matin JV. Todd Lambeth, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Johnson Plastics has renewed 8,133 sf of flex industrial space in Venture Business Court, 2707 Realty Rd., Carrollton, TX. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord, Acquiport DFWIP Inc.
