South MacArthur Church of Christ Inc. has acquired a 73,076-sf building on 12.1 acres at 1700 E. Airport Freeway, Irving, TX, from Susan P. Schneider Trust. Joe Santaularia, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the buyer.

Mitsubishi Electric Automation Inc. has renewed 20,000 sf of warehouse space in Heritage Business Park Building II, 1000 Nolen Dr., Grapevine, TX. Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, A&B Properties Inc.

Hill & Associates has renewed 13,700 sf of warehouse space in Venture Business Court, 2707 Realty Rd., Carrollton, TX. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Acquiport DFWIP Inc., in the direct deal.

Cemtechnologies Inc. has renewed 11,355 sf of warehouse space at Presidential Corporate Campus, 1360 Presidential Dr., Richardson, TX. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Acquiport DFWIP Inc., in the direct deal.
