Seattle, WA (March 7, 2013) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 21 deals covering over 190,000 square feet over 90 days: 13 industrial leases, six office leases, two retail leases, and one industrial sale.

  • Shane Crook represented Hui Ming Lei in their acquisition of the Belvia Investments Building from seller Belvia Investments, LLC. The 32,754 square foot industrial building is located at 5869 S. 194th Street, Kent, WA.
  • Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Black River Park LLC in their lease to Aronson Security Group for 23,492 square feet of office space at Oakesdale Center, located at 600 Oakesdale Ave. SW, Renton, WA.
  • Brian Bruininks, CCIM represented Herzog Industries in their lease with lessor Sebco for 21,671 square feet of industrial space at Lindal Corporate Park, located at 4344 S. 104th Place, Seattle, WA.
