The building is part of The College Industrial Park, which is a nine building, 330,000 square foot complex, located across the street from Macomb Community College.

OHM Garment Restoration, who has been in business for over 25 years, offers full-service specialty garment care for insurance companies and contractors. Jason Capitani represented the landlord in the transaction.
