Wilmington, DE – Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International, a leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market, today announced the completion of  a 4,563 square foot office lease on behalf of 5301 Properties, LLC at 5301 Limestone Road in Wilmington, DE.

Meridian Bank will be expanding and relocating into a larger suite on the second floor of the 45,399 square foot office building. Meridian anticipates moving into their new office in July.  

Greg Ellis, CCIM, Principal at Patterson-Woods, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations.  

“5301 Limestone is the highest quality office building in the area and that is reflected in the number of tenants who have chosen to renew their leases or expand their offices in the building, and the fact that the building is fully leased,” said Ellis.
