Patterson-Woods Commercial Properties/CORFAC International has been awarded two “Top Deals” in the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal’s Best of 2020, an annual compilation that highlights the most significant deals in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Joe Latina was awarded Largest Office Sale for his $4,325,000 office sale (seller rep) of One Avenue of the Arts in Wilmington, Delaware.

Joe Latina represented the seller, Avenue of the Arts, LLC, in the sale of a Class A office building on the Wilmington, Delaware Riverfront. The 24,445 s/f building was sold to Farmers Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Salem County for $4,325,000.

Chris Moore, CCIM, was awarded Largest Retail Sale for his $4,000,000 NNN retail investment sale (buyer rep) of 825 E Chestnut Street in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

Chris Moore, CCIM, represented the buyer, Owls Nest Properties, LLC, in the $4,000,000 purchase of a 3 acre, 21,000 +/- s/f combined s/f multi-tenant NNN retail investment property consisting of a Rite-Aid Pharmacy, AutoZone, and a restaurant. John Osborn, CCIM, of Patterson-Osborn provided the exchange intermediary services for the exchange.
