Charlotte, NC (August 20, 2013) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today  announced the completion of the sale of an industrial building located at 8621 Statesville Road in Charlotte, NC. The property is ±10.63 acres and contains two buildings that total ±28,548 square feet.

The property was sold by VIT, LLC, to Twin State Trailers of Concord, NC for $2.05 million. Lester E. Osborn, CCIM, SIOR, Broker, Piedmont Properties of the Carolinas/CORFAC International, represented the seller in this transaction.

Twin State Trailers plans to relocate from their Concord facility to this new location on Statesville Road. They will use this property for their corporate office, maintenance, as well as their trailer yard.
