Charlotte, NC (August 19, 2013) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today  announced the completion of the sale of an Industrial building located in Charlotte, NC. The 18,000 SF building is located on ±3.75 acres was purchased by Benfield Sanitation Services of Statesville from Ted Merrell of Merrell Properties.

Benfield Sanitation Services is expanding operations. As a result of their acquisition of Metro Waste, and to better serve their customers in the Charlotte Region, Benfield Sanitation has purchased the new facility located at 9925 Metromont Industrial Blvd.
