Charlotte, NC (September 15, 2014) – Principals Lester E. Osborn, CCIM, SIOR and A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International announced the recent completion of nine lease and sale transactions totaling approximately 255,000 square feet of space involving more than 45 acres of land in and around Charlotte, NC.

Jim Plyler of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented the landlord, John and Martha Holmes, in the lease of 26,400 square feet of industrial space located at 3125 Parkside Drive, Charlotte, NC while Hensley represented the tenant, Piedmont Stairworks, in the transaction.

Hensley represented the tenant, Lyon Industries, in the purchase of 68,000 square feet of industrial space on 9.62 acres located at 1320 Camp Creek Rd, Lancaster, SC.

Osborn represented the sellers, Owen Marsh and George Thomas Hodges, Jr, in the sale of 48,000 square feet of industrial space on 12 acres located at 3500 N Graham Street, Charlotte, NC.

Plyler represented the buyer, Michael Stevens, in the purchase of 5.63 acres of retail land located at 678 NC Highway 78, Midland, NC.

Hensley represented the seller, New Dominion Bank, in the sale of 29,925 square feet of industrial space located at 2213 Toomey Avenue, Charlotte, NC.

Osborn represented the landlord, OCEE, LLC, in the lease renewal of 59,760 square feet of industrial space on 26.67 acres located at 423 Pitts School Road, Concord, NC.

Plyler and Hensley teamed up to represent the landlord, Park Avenue Partners, LLC, in the lease of 16,230 square feet of industrial space located at 4735 Dwight Evans Rd, Charlotte, NC.

Hensley represented the seller, Remnant of Israel, in the sale of 10,000 square feet of industrial space located at 10401 Southern Loop Blvd., Pineville, NC.

Osborn represented the seller, George Combis, in the sale of 0.73 acres of I-2 Land located at 1800-1812 Brevard Street, Charlotte, NC.
