Charlotte, NC (September 26, 2014) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, one of the leading international commercial real estate service providers in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today announced that two of its brokers, A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Gentry, completed a trio of leases for a single client within the past 60 days.
Hensley and Gentry are marketing the Steele West Business Center for their client, JKH Properties LLC. The industrial business center located at 4508-4526 Westinghouse Blvd will consist of four newly constructed buildings; each of which is 11,920 square feet. Two of the four buildings have been constructed with the third and fourth to break ground within the next 30 days. Within the recent 60 days the Piedmont team has executed three separate leases at Steele West Business Center and are in negotiations with several other prospects. The terms of the transactions were not disclosed; however, the three leases were for 5,960 square feet each. Medical Murray, Inc of Illinois will occupy 4508-B; Symax Lift (American) Co. Ltd will occupy 4526-A; and Maruka USA, Inc of New Jersey will occupy 4526-B.
