Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charlotte market, today announced the completion of the sale of an industrial building located at 7929 Statesville Road. The property measures 15,150 square feet and is situated on 0.91 acres, zoned I-1.

The property was sold by Ted Lee Birmingham to Emergency Restoration Experts. Christian Samartino of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented the buyer and Tami Little of SouthMark Properties represented the seller in the transaction.

The 15,000-square-foot property will be the new headquarters for Emergency Restoration Experts who will be moving from their current location on Freedom Drive. It boasts good visibility on Hwy 21, along with great access to I-77, I-85 and I-485.
