Charlotte, NC (March 26, 2015) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, one of the leading international
commercial real estate service providers in the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today announced the completion
of the sale of a multitenant, industrial investment property located at 2527-2537 Scott Futrell Drive, on the I-85 service
road in Charlotte.

The property was sold by Jim Plyler of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International to Silversisters, LLC. Mr. Plyler
represented the buyer in the transaction.

The seller, Tipsy II, LLC, was represented by Mr. Terry Brennan of Trinity Partners. The transaction was part of a 1031
exchange and traded at a price of $1,275,000. The building was 100% leased at the time of sale.
