Charlotte, NC (June 5, 2015) – Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charlotte market and surrounding areas, today announced the completion of the sale of 1.52 acres located 223 Medical Park Road in Mooresville, N.C.

The property was sold by Matthew Johnson of Mount Mourne Springs in Mooresville to David Alexander of Mooresville for $2,125,000. Steve Gentry of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC represented the seller in the transaction.
