The property was sold by CCC Building Supply of Huntersville, NC to AdvantaClean of Huntersville, NC.A. Scott Hensley, CCIM, SIOR and Steve Gentry of Piedmont Properties/CORFAC International represented the seller and procured the purchaser.AdvantaClean purchased the 20,809-square-foot building as a relocation site for their headquarters.
