Graham Street Charlotte, NC.McClung-Logan Equipment Co. will occupy the 10,000 square foot industrial facility, which is owned by Neal Realty Associates, LP.  McClung-Logan Equipment Co. is taking over the Terex Dealership in North Carolina and will specialize in the repair, service and sales of heavy cranes. Marty J.
