Riverwoods, IL (July 5, 2012) - Representing building ownership, John R. Homsher, CCIM, Principal, and Adam J. Tarantur, Senior Vice President, of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, have completed the sale of a 31,650 sq. ft. multi-tenant office/flex building located in the Woodfield business district.

Building occupancy at the time of sale was 34.88%.  However, Homsher and Tarantur identified an owner/user who will occupy 10,000 sq. ft. for his own business, increasing occupancy to 70%.

The 31,650 sq. ft. class ‘A’ single story flex building, located within the Remington Lakes Business Center, features 80% office, an extensive window line and 18-foot clear ceilings.  The 5-unit building is designed to accommodate 6 units.

“This is a quality single-story office/flex building with a superior location and curb appeal, which makes it perfect for an owner occupant who can realize additional value by leasing the remaining vacant space,” said Homsher. 

The purchaser, Larry Aronson of Aronson Advertising, was represented by Greg French of French Commercial Realty.  Legal representation was provided to the seller by Jay Melnick of Field and Goldberg, LLC, and to the buyer by the Law Offices of Mark S. Friedman.
