Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International Represents Long-Term Client in Bolingbrook Expansion

Riverwoods, IL (June 26, 2012) - Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR, principal, and Steven H. Tick, SIOR, senior vice president, of Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, represented New Breed Leasing of New Jersey Inc. in the lease of a 325,160-square-foot industrial building in Bolingbrook.

The single-tenant building, located at 800 Veterans Parkway, features 30-foot ceilings, 46 loading docks and 4 DIDs, and ESFR NFPA Class III sprinklers.

Podolsky has been a part of the New Breed Logistics brokerage team, along with New Jersey-based David Saltzman, for more than 15 years. He has participated in numerous transactions for the client, including multiple deals in the Chicago and Rockford areas, as well as nationally in New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Tennessee and Washington.

New Breed will use this newest building to expand their existing operations in the immediate area.

Headquartered just outside of Greensboro, N.C., New Breed Logistics Inc. manages millions of square feet of warehouse space at more than 50 distribution centers.
