Riverwoods, Ill (May 31, 2012)—Representing building ownership, Adam J. Tarantur, Senior Vice President, and Randy D. Podolsky, SIOR, Managing Principal, both with Podolsky Northstar CORFAC International, have completed a 12,422 sq. ft. transaction at 2200 Ogden Avenue in Lisle, IL.

The lease renewal continues 100 percent occupancy at the well-located high-image property in the east-west corridor.  The stabilized asset is currently on the market for investment sale.

Production Plus Graphics, a tenant at the building for over 20 years, is a one-stop provider of graphic and logo design services.  It uses the 12,422 sq. ft. space for its showroom, as well as for offices and distribution.

The 52,000 sq. ft. single story quasi-retail flex building, located at the signalized intersection of Ogden and Western Avenues, features common loading and 16-foot clear ceilings.  Podolsky Northstar also provides property and facility management services for the site.
