Porter Realty Company/CORFAC International Principal Clifford B. Porter, CCIM, SIOR,announced that his firm was awarded the leasing/property management assignment by Becknell Industrial to market a new speculative 216,000 SF warehouse/distribution facility the developer is building in Henrico, VA. Pre-cast concrete walls have been erected and the building is set to be ready for tenant fixtures by August 31, 2016.

Cliff Porter is marketing the 216,000-square-foot building with 20 dock doors (expandable to 44), two drive-in doors and 25 additional trailer parking stalls. Build-to-suit office space is also available. The building features 2000 Amp 480V 3-phase electrical service, ESFR sprinkler system, 32’ ceilings and LED lighting with motion sensors. The property is located at 2700 Distribution Drive just three miles from the Richmond International Airport, with easy access to I-64, I-95, 895 and I-295 and less than 10 miles from the Port of Richmond and 80 miles from the Port of Virginia.
