Philadelphia, PA – Precision Realty Group/CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Mid-Atlantic market, today announced that the firm represented Austin, Texas-based Snap Kitchen in seven Philadelphia area leases as part of the prepared-meals company expansion into its fifth (and most recent) U.S. market.

The maker of chef-created and healthy meals for take-out is currently in Austin, Dallas and Houston, TX, plus Chicago, IL and now Philadelphia. Some of Snap Kitchen’s featured meals include Beef Stroganoff, Bison Quinoa Hash, Chicken & Green Chile Enchiladas, Chicken Butternut Squash Macaroni, Chicken Teriyaki & Forbidden Rice Bowl and Chicken Tikka Masala. The company also sells lunch entrees and publishes total calories with all of its meals.

Precision Realty Group Partners Shaun Lyons and Steve Jeffries, along with VP Kevin Healey, represented Snap Kitchen in all of its Philadelphia-area leases.

Jeffries and Healey facilitated the approximately 8,500-square-foot lease of Snap Kitchen’s commissary, located at 3401 I Street in Philadelphia. The stores in the Philadelphia area are located in Old City, Midtown Village, Rittenhouse Square, Fairmount in Center City and Villanova, PA, and Malvern, PA, in the surrounding suburbs. They range from 1,000 to 1,400 SF each. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.
