Seattle, WA (April 16, 2012) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 23 deals covering over 371,000 square feet over 60 days: 15 industrial leases, two industrial building sales, five office leases, and one office sale.

  • Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented Property Reserve in their lease renewal to tenant Flow International for 146,239 square feet of industrial space at Van Doren’s Landing Center, located at 23500 64th Avenue S., Kent, WA.
     
  • Dave Baumer represented Bruce and Carol Kranak in their lease renewal to tenant Fiserv Incorporated for 49,207 square feet of industrial space at Southcenter Corporate Park, located at 19615 Russell Road, Kent, WA.
     
  • George Rockwell, SIOR, represented Burien Investors in their lease to tenant JAS Forwarding (USA) for 33,118 square feet of industrial space at Van Doren’s North, located at 22615 54th Avenue S., Kent, WA.
     
  • George Rockwell, SIOR, represented Poplar Development Co. in their lease to tenant Alliance Flooring Services for 30,250 square feet of industrial space at 1012 6th Avenue North, in Kent, WA.
     
  • Bruce Clarkson represented 4746 Ohio Avenue South LP in their lease to tenant Lantern Press LLC for 12,000 square feet of industrial space at Port 106 Building, located at 4770 Ohio Ave. S., Suite B, Seattle, WA.
