Seattle, WA (August 9, 2012) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 20 deals covering over 169,000 square feet over 60 days: 14 industrial leases, two office leases, two office sales, one industrial sale, and one retail lease. 

  • Jeff Crane represented Veolia Transportation Services in their lease with lessor Development Services of America for 24,020 square feet of industrial space at the Shoreline Building, located at 16325 5th Avenue NE, Shoreline, WA.
  • Jeff Crane represented Commodity Forwarders, Inc. in their lease with lessor LIT Finance III, LLC for 22,080 square feet of industrial space at SeaTac Industrial Park, located at 19034 13th Place S., SeaTac, WA.
  • Jeff Crane and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Prologis Targeted US Logistics in their lease to OMAX Corp for 21,775 square feet of industrial space at O’Donnell Business Park, located at 21249 72nd Avenue S., Kent, WA.
  • Brian Dennehy and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor Prologis in their lease to Global Granite, Inc. for 11,590 square feet of industrial space at Earlington Business Park, located at 780 Thomas Avenue, Renton, WA.
  • Dave Baumer and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor The Realty Associates Fund VIII in their lease to Big Sea Trading for 10,500 square feet of industrial space at Pacific Business Park, located at 8641 S. 212th Street, Kent, WA.
  • Mike Hemphill represented International Community Health Services in their acquisition of 1050 140th Avenue NE from seller Due Family Enterprises, a 9,660 square foot office building located at 1050 140th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA.
  • Mike Hemphill represented Sound Publishing in their lease with lessor Key Mechanical Co. of Washington for 8,517 square feet of industrial space at 19426 68th Avenue, Kent, WA.
  • Sean Durkin and Jeff Crane represented MNC Stribbons, Inc. in their lease with lessor Prologis TLF, LLC for 8,000 square feet of industrial space at Andover East Business Center, located at 1085 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA.
  • Dave Baumer represented Paul Dijulio in their lease to AT&T for 7,675 square feet of industrial space at Auburn Park of Industry, located at 1620 Industry Way, Auburn, WA.
  • Brian Dennehy and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor Prologis in their lease to Diversification, Inc. for 7,200 square feet of industrial space at Earlington Business Park, located at 1010 Thomas Avenue, Renton, WA.
  • Mike Hemphill represented International Community Health Services in their acquisition of 16549 Aurora Ave. N. from seller Seattle RF Investors, a 6,825 square foot office building located at 16549 Aurora Avenue N., Shoreline, WA.
