Recent Deals Completed by The Andover Company/CORFAC International

Seattle, WA (September 4, 2012) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 10 deals covering over 124,025 square feet over 60 days: nine industrial leases and one retail lease.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor RPH Industrial Trust in their lease to JFC International for 35,100 square feet of industrial space at DEXUS Riverbend, located at 8005 S. 266th Street, Suite 104, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor RPH Industrial Trust in their lease to Domino’s Pizza for 34,090 square feet of industrial space at DEXUS Riverbend, located at 8005 S. 266th Street, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor RPH Industrial Trust in their lease to American Power Systems for 14,250 square feet of industrial space at DEXUS Riverbend, located at 26507 79th Avenue S., Building C, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor RPH Industrial Trust in their lease to Public Safety in their lease to Public Safety for 12,100 square feet of industrial space at DEXUS Riverbend, located at 8005 S. 266th Street, Suite 108, Kent, WA.

Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented lessor Property Reserve, Inc. in their lease to Armstrong Cabinets for 8,932 square feet of industrial space at Landing Center, located at 22415 68th Avenue S., Building A, Kent, WA.

Jeff Crane represented lessor 116 Clay Street LLC in their lease to B.J. Silkscreen Inc. for 7,253 square feet of industrial space at Clay Street Business Park I, located at 116 Clay Street NW, Suite A-2, Auburn, WA.

Dave Dunn, CCIM, represented lessor Park 20, LLC in their lease to GMS Metalworks for 4,200 square feet of industrial space at Park 20, located at 1402 20th Street NW #4, Seattle, WA.

Connie Boyle, CCIM, and Mike Ewing represented lessor Lucia Properties II, LLC in their lease to Alexander Cho, dba Pho Hoa, represented by Andover agent Sean  Durkin, for 2,000 square feet of retail space at Phase II of The Landing at Hawk’s Prairie, located at 1350 Galaxy Drive, Building C, Suite E, Lacey, WA.
