Recent Deals Completed by The Andover Company/CORFAC International

Jeff Crane represented lessor Kent 228 LLC in their lease to Graebel Quality Movers for 1.29 acres of industrial land located at 5840 S. 228th, Kent, WA. 
Brian Bruininks, CCIM, and Jeff Crane represented lessor Favro Investments LLC in their lease to Christine Alexander for 39,287 square feet of industrial space at Federal Way Corporate Center, located at 34210 9th Avenue S., Suite 101, Federal Way, WA.
Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented Greensource Brand Apparel, Inc. in their lease with lessor Invesco for 28,209 square feet of industrial space at Oakesdale Commerce Center, W8, Suite K, located at 1020 SW 34th Street, Suite K, Renton, WA.
Sean Durkin and Jeff Crane represented lessor SKB in their lease to Wall To Wall Tile & Stone for 27,000 square feet of industrial space at West Valley Distribution Center – Kent 5, located at 19030 West Valley Highway, Kent, WA.
