Recent Sales Completed by The Andover Company/CORFAC

Seattle, WA (February 12, 2013) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the completion of six building sales covering over 354,000 square feet over 90 days.

  • George Rockwell, SIOR, represented seller Minkler Associates, LLC in the sale of the Minkler Property to Widewater Property Development. The Minkler Property comprises 119,000 square feet of land and is located at 300 Upland Drive, Tukwila, WA.
  • Tom Posey represented Terrero 17600 WVH, LLC in their acquisition of North Valley Business Park, located at 17600 W. Valley Highway, Tukwila, WA. Tom Posey and George Rockwell, SIOR represented the seller, North Valley, LLC. North Valley Business Park is an industrial building comprising 110,000 square feet.
  • Mike Hemphill and Tom Posey represented seller Lily Pointe Investments, LLC in their sale of the 6801 S. 180th Street Building to The Corp. of the Catholic Archbishop of Seattle. The 63,250 square foot office building is located at 6801 S. 180th Street, Tukwila, WA.
  • George Rockwell, SIOR, and Shane Crook represented seller AE Downs 76th Ave S, LLC in the sale of the AE Downs Building to B and B Holdings, LLC, also represented by George Rockwell, SIOR. The AE Downs Building is an industrial building comprising 22,529 square feet and is located at 22227 76th Avenue S., Kent, WA.
  • Bruce Clarkson represented seller Deluxe Properties in the sale of the properties located at 1815 S. Jackson, 1819 S. Jackson, and 1825 S. Jackson, Seattle, WA, to Atlantic LLC. This was a development land sale including 34,500 square feet of land as well as an 8,500 square foot building and a 7,570 square foot building.
  • Mike Ewing and Connie Boyle, CCIM represented seller McCallen & Sons, Inc., Receiver in the sale of the Pacific 336 Building to Hong Kyu Yang. The 6,592 square foot office building is located at 33501 Pacific Highway S., Federal Way, WA.
