Dallas, TX (August 19, 2013) - IDM Group LLC has signed an 8,091-sf renewal and expansion, adding 4,050 sf of industrial space in Jupiter Business Park Building 3, 2512 Summit Ave., Plano, TX. Joe Santaularia, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant.

Epygi Technologies Ltd. has leased 3,627 sf of office space in Preston Pointe Centre, 1400 Preston Rd., Plano, TX, from Intercity Investment Properties Inc. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord.
