Dallas, TX (August 26. 2013) - PGT Holdings Inc. has leased 54,125 sf of warehouse space at 907 Avenue R, Grand Prairie, TX, from DFW I Investors LLC. Joe Santaularia, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the tenant.

TSBRE Property Co. has leased 8,400 sf of light industrial space at 3212 Belt Line Rd., Farmers Branch, TX, from CIVF I -TX1W11 & TX1W17 LP. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the landlord.
