Dallas, TX (January 20, 2014) - Elite Healthcare Ltd. has expanded its 4,426-sf office lease by 950 sf at Parkway Plaza I, 14110 Dallas Parkway, Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Hartman Parkway LLC, in the direct deal.

Velocity Infotech Inc. has leased 1,462 sf of office space in the Dallas Communications Complex, 300 E. Royal Lane, Irving, TX, from CCI-B DCC LP. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Rick Currey and Pat Hanahan of Fobare Commercial LP represented the landlord.
