Dallas, TX (March 3, 2014) Gecko Green has leased 9,075 sf of warehouse space in Gateway Business Center, Building 4, 6015 Commerce Dr., Irving, TX, from Eltz Gateway LP. Brian Pafford, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant. Chris Andler of Property Advisers Realty Inc. represented the landlord.

Rogue Valley Microdevices Inc. has leased 5,000 sf of warehouse space at 3440 Dalworth St., Arlington, TX, from Tarrant County Properties LLC.
