Dallas, TX (May 6, 2013) - BGM Service Shop LLC has acquired an 8,400-sf light industrial building at 3731 Conflans Rd., Irving, TX, from JT Computer Marketing. James Kang, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the seller. Rik Massengale with ReMax Commercial represented the buyer.
     
Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc. has leased 11,685 sf of class A office flex space in 114 Business Center, 6440 N. Belt Line Rd., Irving, TX, from Summit Realty Ventures. Joe Santaularia, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord. Conor McCarthy and Steve Holley Jr. of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
