Dallas, TX (July 1, 2013) –  Ohio-based OTR has sold 24.1 acres to CIT Acquisition Corp. at 1025 Post & Paddock Rd. in Grand Prairie, TX. Kevin J. Santaularia, president and CEO of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International and Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the seller in the direct deal.

North Texas Surface Inc. has leased 14,381 sf of warehouse space in Heritage Business Park VII, 720 Industrial Blvd., Grapevine, TX, from A&B Properties Inc. Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord.

Acumen Enterprises Inc. has renewed 9,700 sf of warehouse space in Falcon Centre, 1701 Falcon Dr., DeSoto, TX. Brian Pafford and Michael W. Spain, senior vice presidents and managing partners of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, Owen Bros. Enterprises, in the direct deal.

Bell Mechanical Services LLC has leased 7,520 sf of industrial space at 1100 Valwood Parkway, Farmers Branch, TX, from Industrial Properties Texas LLC. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the landlord. Ken Pardue of Pardue Group/KW Commercial represented the tenant.
