Dallas, TX (July 15, 2013) – Complete Dental Supply LLC has leased a 13,876-sf warehouse at 916B 113^th St., Arlington, TX, from ProLogis 2 LP. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the tenant.

SimplexGrinnell LP has renewed 12,994 sf of industrial space in Railhead Business Station, 800 Railhead Blvd., Fort Worth. Nick Talley, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Karen Simon, executive vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord, Sun Life Assurance Co. of Canada.

ProLam Inc. has leased 8,230 sf of industrial space in Northway Plaza Business Center, 3214 Belt Line Rd., Farmers Branch, TX, from CIVFI-TX1W11 LP and TX1W17 LP. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
