SALE

The 30,478-sf Fielder Place at 1633 W. Division St., Arlington, TX, has been sold by US Bank to AVK Associates LLC. Karen Simon, executive vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Brian C. Scott, senior vice president, represented the seller of the two-story office building. Jose Thankachan of Beam Real Estate LLC represented the buyer.

LEASE

Sterigenics US LL has leased 24,419 sf of warehouse space in Carter Business Center Building 1, 7865 Will Rogers Blvd., Fort Worth, from Carter Industrial Partners LP. Nick Talley, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord. Ric Kanatzar of Studley represented the tenant.
