OFFICE LEASING ASSIGNMENT
Intercity Investments of Dallas has selected Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, to lease the 74,738-sf Preston Pointe Centre, 1400 Preston Rd., Plano, TX.

LEASES
Hendon Dental Supplies Inc. has leased 6,000 sf of industrial incubator space at 722-724 N. Great Southwest Parkway, Arlington, TX, from ESCO Enterprises Inc. Joe Santaularia, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Will Dillard, broker associate, represented the tenant.

Trattoria Al Giardio LLC has leased 4,298 sf of retail space in Stonebriar Commons on Legacy, Building 3, 1279 Legacy Dr., Frisco, TX, from Legacy Commons Office I LP. Leigh Richter, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord.

Subway Real Estate LLC has leased 1,640 sf of retail space in Snider Plaza, 6935 Hillcrest Ave., Dallas, from Westminster Park Cities LLC. Leigh Richter, senior vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and David duPerier, broker associate, represented the landlord.
