Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC Internatinal, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord.

Encom Wireless Data Solutions USA has leased 8,137 sf of industrial flex space in Marsh Business Park East, 3750 Arapaho Rd., Addison, TX, from SeaCal Addison LLC. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC Internatinal, and Jason Miller, market director, represented the landlord.

Midas MG LLC has leased 2,247 sf of office space in Galleria Plaza, 4851 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, from YPI Central Expressway Properties. Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC Internatinal, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
