First Bank and Attorney Carla W. Earwood have leased 8,769 sf and 1,735 sf of office space, respectively, in Preston Pointe Centre, 1400 Preston Rd., Plano, TX. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord. The law office lease was a direct deal.
