Dallas, TX (July 21, 2014) - Ceuvas Investments LLC has acquired a 19,950-sf warehouse on 1.08 acres at 8930 Diplomacy Row, Dallas, from Investment Property Exchange Services. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the buyer.

Albion Iron LLC, dba Casual Living Patio & Fireside, has acquired the 12,135-sf Cornerstone Plaza on 1.94 acres at 2801 E. Southlake Blvd., Southlake, TX, from Orion Sky Investments LLC. Joe Santaularia, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Brock Wilson, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the buyer.

Case LLC, dba Camp Hero Fitness, has leased 10,100 sf of industrial flex space at 2870 Exchange Blvd., Southlake, TX, from Lago del Sur LLC. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant.

Diamond Display Group Partners has leased 6,702 sf of industrial flex space in Summit Business Center Building III, 2637 Summit Ave., Plano, TX, from PS Business Parks LP. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord.
