Dallas, TX (October 13, 2014) - Freedom Powersports of Carrollton LLC has leased a 20,181 sf retail building at 13700 Stemmons Freeway, Farmers Branch, TX, from Dove Creek Investment LP. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Captain Hope's Kids has leased 8,141 sf of office/warehouse space at 10480 Shady Trail, Dallas, from SVF Texas Lombardy LP. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant. Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord.

Star Telegram Inc. has renewed 3,930 sf of office space in the Landmark, 2201 N. Collins St., Arlington, TX, from Collins Street Properties LLC. Erik E.
