School Excess Inc. has leased 6,440 sf of warehouse space at 801-31 S. Great Southwest Parkway, Arlington, TX, from First Industrial Texas LP. Erik E. Blais, market director of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant.

Absolutelythin.com has leased 2,117 sf of office space in Danari Office Building I, 15150 Preston Rd., Dallas, from ARI Preston LLC. Melanie Hughes and Sharon Friedberg, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
