Car Mex Auto Sales LLC has leased 18,327 sf of flex space at 1133 Avenue G, Arlington, TX, from Fantozzi Ltd. Will Dillard, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

ContentGuard Inc. has leased 2,995 sf of office space in Legacy Town Center III, 6900 N. Dallas Parkway, Plano, TX, from KBS Realty.
