Dallas, TX (April 28, 2014) - Municipal Capital Markets Group has renewed 2,978 sf of office space in Galleria Plaza, 4851 LBJ Freeway, Dallas. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, YPI 4851 LBJ Fund LP. Duke Biggers and Geoff Waddell of Swearingen Realty Group represented the tenant.

Bluesource Inc. and Galen Medical LLC have leased 2,995 sf and 2,987 sf of office space, respectively, at 1900 Enchanted Way, Grapevine, TX, from Cci-1900 Enchanted Way LP.  Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord in the direct deals.
