Dallas, TX (May 5, 2014) - Bearcom Operating LLC has renewed 91,200 sf of warehouse space in Gateway East Business Center Building 2, 4009 Distribution Dr., Garland, TX. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord, IAC North Dallas LLC, in the direct deal.

Paragon Brokerage Inc. has leased 14,382 sf of office space in Heritage Business Park Building VII, 720 Industrial Blvd., Grapevine, TX, from KTR DFW LLC. Michael T. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

StoneTex DFW LLC has renewed 13,552 sf of warehouse space at 11455 Newkirk St., Dallas. Nick Talley, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, represented the landlord, ML Capital Ltd., in the direct deal.
