Dallas, TX (August 18, 2014) - Stone Channel Inc. has renewed 43,070 sf of showroom and warehouse space in Coppell Business Center II, 1441 S. Belt Line Rd., Coppell, TX. Brock Wilson, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services, and Joe Santaularia, vice president, represented the tenant. Michael Peinado of Lincoln Property Co. represented the landlord, Columbia Texas Beltline Industrial LLC.

Waste Track Services has leased 20,030 sf of industrial space at 4949 Calvert St., Dallas, from Denley Investment & Management Co. Will Dillard, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant. Jack Allen of Wellington Realty represented the landlord.

The law firm of Blalack & Williams has leased 8,688 sf of office space in Galleria Plaza, 4851 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, and BenefitMall has added 7,150 sf in two expansions for a total of 50,689 sf at the property.
