Dallas, TX (November 17, 2014) - Skyline DFW has leased 40,576 sf of industrial space at 417 113th IndCor Properties Inc. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the tenant. Mark Graybill and Scott Giordano of Lee & Associates  represented the landlord.

Prestosim Inc. has renewed 30,000 sf of distribution space in Heritage Business Park  Building 2, 1000 S. Nolan Dr., Grapevine, TX. Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and  managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord,  KTR DFW LLC. Art Leichner and Andrew Crites of Jackson & Cooksey represented the  tenant.

Isenberg Bath Corp. has leased 5,621 sf of industrial flex space in Springwood I, 8150  Springwood Dr., Irving, TX, from PS Business Parks LP.
