Fort Worth, TX (February 3, 2013) – The trustee of Progressive Concepts Inc. has sold a 56,666-sf two-story flex building on six acres of industrial-zoned land at 5718 Airport Freeway, and an adjacent 6.9-acre industrial tract at 5722 Airport Freeway, Haltom City, TX, to BMS Enterprises Inc., dba Blackmon Mooring. Nick Talley, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the seller.

JRP Properties LLC has sold 49.79 industrial-zoned acres at 3020 E. Highway 80, Mesquite, TX, to Agarita Management Co. Joe Santaularia, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Brock Wilson, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the seller.

All American Balloons Texas LLC has renewed 6,702 sf of office/warehouse space in Randol Mill Service Center, 2406 E. Randol Mill Rd., Arlington, TX.
