Dallas, TX (Feb. 17, 2014) - Red Dragon Properties Inc. has acquired 6.85 acres of a 10-acre tract at 39490 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, from Chacon Autos Ltd. Karen Simon, executive vice president and managing partner of Dallas-based Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented buyer and seller.
Pilot Freight Services has leased 62,000 sf of distribution space in ProLogis DFW Corporate Center, 2611 Regent Blvd., Dallas, from ProLogis Targeted US Logistics Fund LP. Joe Santaularia, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC, and Dallas broker Todd Lambeth represented the tenant. Mitch Pruitt, ProLogis' in-house broker, and Steve Koldyke of CBRE Inc. represented the landlord.
Task Forklifts USA has leased 4,682 sf of industrial flex space in Westfork Business Center Building III, 1555 Avenue S, Grand Prairie, TX, from DCT-TX 2004 RN Portfolio. Jim Ferris, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC, and Michael W. Spain, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord in the direct deal.
