Dallas, TX (December 9, 2013) - Ingersoll-Rand Co. has renewed 26,550 sf of warehouse space in Pinnacle Business Center, Building II, 4310 Adler Rd., Dallas. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the landlord, Anford Pinnacle, in the direct deal.

InHome Care Inc. has renewed 2,639 sf of office space in Brookhollow Place, 7610 N. Stemmons Freeway, Dallas. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International senior vice presidents Sharon Friedberg, Melanie Hughes and Ed Pachecano, also a managing partner, represented the landlord, Texas Prince Properties Inc.

Beckley CPA, PC has leased 1,540 sf of office space in Preston Pointe Centre, 1400 Preston Rd., Dallas, from Intercity Investment Properties Inc. Sharon Friedberg and Melanie Hughes, senior vice presidents of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord.
