Guido Construction Inc. has sold two industrial-zoned acres at 3402 Gilbert Rd., Grand Prairie, TX, to Boucvalt Real Estate DE LLC. Will Dillard, broker associate of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented seller in the direct deal.

JW Logistics LLC has leased 15,795 sf of industrial space in Eisenhower Distribution Center, 2833 Eisenhower Dr., Carrollton, TX, from CW Lane Co. Inc. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord in the direct deal.

Johnstone Supply has leased 11,776 sf of warehouse space in Twin Creek Business Center, 1307 N. Watters Rd., Allen, TX, from Watters Road Investors LLC. Susan Singer, executive vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Michael T. Grant, senior vice president and managing partner, represented the landlord.

Global OEM Parts LLC has leased 11,205 sf of warehouse space at 2701 Market St., Garland TX, from DCT-TX 2004 RN Portfolio I LP. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, and Jason Miller, vice president, represented the tenant.

Monarch Behavioral Therapy has leased 9,229 sf of flex office space in Premier Business Center I, 3100 Premier Dr., Irving, TX, from a Georgia-based private investor. Jason Miller, vice president of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the landlord.
