Seattle, WA (October 11, 2012) – The Andover Company/CORFAC International announced the closing of 15 deals covering over 125,000 square feet over 60 days: eight industrial leases, four office leases, and three retail leases.  
Jim Bisset and Mike Hemphill represented lessor Diamond Landmark TRS LLC in their renewal lease to Tyler Technologies, Inc., originally procured by Jim Bisset, for 36,615 square feet of office space at Landmark East, located at 1600 Lind Avenue SW, Renton, WA.
George Rockwell, SIOR, represented Summer House, Inc. in their lease with lessor Walton CWWA Southcenter 4, LLC for 24,960 square feet of industrial space at Southcenter West, located at 1189-1191 Andover Park West, Tukwila, WA. 
George Rockwell, SIOR, represented lessor M-3 Business Park in their lease to Cobra Wired Cable for 14,000 square feet of industrial space at M-3 Business Park, located at 1041 Andover Park East, Tukwila, WA. 
Bruce Clarkson represented lessor 4746 Ohio Ave. South LP in their lease to 3form Inc. for 12,000 square feet of industrial space at the Port 106 Building, located at 4755 Colorado Ave. S., Suite A, Seattle, WA.

Sean Durkin represented lessor Scott Dahlgren in their lease to Top Realty & Loan for 600 square feet of office space at Dahlgren Industrial Building, located at 13975 Interurban Avenue South, Tukwila, WA. 
Mike Ewing and Connie Boyle, CCIM, represented lessor City of SeaTac in their expansion lease to SASH, Inc. for 418 square feet of office space at SeaTac City Hall, located at 4800 S. 188th Street, SeaTac, WA.
