closing of eight deals covering over 231,000 square feet over 60 days: one industrial lease, one
office building sale, six office leases, and one retail lease.
Dave Baumer and Brian Bruininks, CCIM, represented The Realty Associates Fund
VIII in their sale of Pacific Business Park, a 176,000 square foot industrial park located
at 8601-8747 S. 212th Street, Kent, WA. The buyer is Northwest Building Corporation.
Brian Bruininks, CCIM, and Sean Durkin represented Metropolitan Hardwood
Floors in their lease with lessor PS Business Parks for 24,000 square feet of industrial
space at 212th Business Park, Business D, located at 7815 S. 208th Street, Kent, WA.
Dave Baumer represented lessor Lund Industrial Park in their lease to Bridgestone for
10,800 square feet of industrial space at Lund Industrial Park, located at 902 4th
Avenue, Auburn, WA.
